We had big plans for our renovation and the team essentially rebuilt our home from the ground up. From start to finish we felt well taken care of. Jay, our project manager, was great. He stayed in constant contact and was always available if we had questions, even the small ones. He made the whole process feel organized and manageable, which is no small feat in a renovation this size.

Any time we had a concern or just needed to talk something through we knew we could reach out to Jay or Hank. They were approachable, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about getting things right. Any bumps along the way were always handled quickly and professionally. It’s hard to find that kind of communication and reliability in a contractor, and we’re really grateful we did.

The final result turned out better than we could have hoped. We couldn’t be happier with how everything looks!
