john wendy1 I am writing this letter to express our extreme gratitude to Hank Baumstark and NCA of the Carolinas after they successfully finished rebuilding our new home. I have thanked them personally on many occasions. However, I do not feel that they truly recognize the impact they have had on my family’s life. First, I need to start at the beginning.

My family and I were jolted out of bed around 2:00 a.m. early one morning during a strong thunderstorm with the loudest explosion I have ever heard. Our alarm system’s fire alarm went crazy. My wife and I frantically ran around all three floors of our house looking for any fire. Eventually, we saw smoke billowing in from the garage door as lightning had set our garage ablaze. My wife and I quickly got our young children out of the house and to the neighbors. I can still remember standing outside in the pouring rain watching my home burning as we waited for the fire department. My only thought was, “what do I do next?”

We are so thankful for NCA of the Carolinas - Hank Baumstark, his crew, and all of his subs! When we merged our families and made the decision to settle into one of our existing houses, we needed to renovate in order to have enough room for everyone and to create a space that felt like a new home for everyone. We worked with Hank as we considered several different options. He was incredibly patient and helpful in talking through the pros and cons of each. Once we decided on a plan, we worked together to make the best use of the space, new and old, and we could not be happier with the final result!

I want to thank you and your team for the incredible job you did on our kitchen remodel. The results are outstanding. The crews that came in were on time, courteous, professional and did a great job. They cleaned up each night and minimized the disturbance that a major project creates.

You were great to work with, providing guidance and suggestions and staying in touch throughout. There were no surprises or costs overruns and the project finished earlier than you predicted. I've already recommended you to several of my neighbors considering projects.

Hank Baumstark has worked with me as I have gone through a total rebuilding after a fire at my condo. I have appreciated his suggestions and insight through this lengthy process as well as his attention to detail. His observant approach led to a prompt resolution of several issues.

You dealt with a very difficult insurance process, and still finished the job under budget and ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail, and the speed and efficiency of you and your crew. I also want to thank you for the great style and color recommendations, as well as our recommendations of higher quality materials to consider.

We would highly recommend NCA of the Carolinas for your next restoration and/or remodel project. Dealing with an insurance claim is stressful and complicated. NCA helps to insure that your insurance company provides the due diligence required by law. Our experience with the NCA team of contractors and professionals during our restoration claim for damages caused by a water leak helped keep what would have been a very trying process into something much more manageable. They strived to give us the best personal service. They have become like family. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Again, we would highly recommend this company to service your needs.

Dear Hank Baumstark:
I would like to thank you for the restoration to the fire-damaged building which destroyed 3 of our 68 condos from a fire that started in February 2017. The workmanship was very good and any issues that occurred were rectified. In some cases, NCA went beyond the scope of what the insurance covered.

In addition to the fire damage restoration, I would like to also thank you for the additional work completed on the interior and exterior of the Holly Towne Condominium clubhouse.

Kathy and I want you to know what a blessing you and your company have been to us during the rebuilding of our home. Your advice and concern for our wants and needs were most helpful. We couldn't have done it with out you. Our relationship began as a business relationship but it quickly became much more than that, we consider you to be one our closest friends and feel we can call upon you still and ask for your advice. Its good to know in this day and age that there are still people like you and your company who really put their customers concerns and needs above anything else.
